CPSC Announces Drop in Fireworks-Related Injuries; Consumers Still Urged To Celebrate Safe This July 4th

As many Americans are planning to display their patriotism this Fourth of July, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) wants to urge consumers to beware of possible dangers associated with fireworks. CPSC will hold a news conference on the National Mall - the first event for the new CPSC Chairman - to demonstrate those potential hazards and to urge consumers to celebrate safely.
