Continuing Education - The Key to Keeping Your Job

German companies know that offering their employees further education is vital for remaining competitive. Many employees are now taking advantage of this means of sprucing up their skills. Made in Germany visited the Berlin-based media company Jamba and spoke with an employee who worked his way up from a regular staffer to a manager in just two years with the help of on-the-job training. Jamba offers such educational opportunities to all of its 700 employees.
