Congress joins investigations into Fort Hood attack
(NECN/ABC) - Tuesday, Fort Hood, Texas, will hold a memorial service to the victims of last week's deadly attack. President and Mrs Obama will be there. Meanwhile, Congress has joined the massive investigation. They want to know why a gunman opened fire at the military base and should the Army have seen it coming?
