CHINA: Chinese education system producing too many graduates

China's economy has grown at its fastest rate in a decade. This year, five million young people will graduate from university with the potential to boost it still further. But the government estimates that more than a million of them will not find jobs, because the education system is turning out young people who are over-qualified to supply the needs of an economy still based on manufacturing.
