Winnipeg, Canada This footage taken during the middle of August. Fairly light activity, it picked up as the month cruised a long. Stay tuned for further volumes of skywatch winnipeg for the month of August. After heavy activity during spring, the aerosol campaign in Winnipeg has been light throughout July, except for some strange activity around sunset.. I am looking for some focus groups that can maybe sit and chat for a bit. The goal would be to determine the best way to get "scientific" evidence that would help bolster some of the "chemtrail" theories. It's a difficult hurdle to overcome.
