CARFAX Offers Free "Clunker Check"

CARFAX is warning that some vehicles traded in under the "Cash For Clunkers" program may be up for sale. The group is offering free VIN checks to help consumers avoid buying a car that should be in the junkyard; KDKA's Kristine Sorensen reports.
