Car hits crowd during Dutch holiday parade

A car has crashed into a crowd of people watching the Dutch Queen on a walkabout in an open-topped bus. Unconfirmed reports said the driver deliberately tried to ram the open bus carrying Queen Beatrix, but missed. Instead, he crashed into a crowd of wellwishers who turned out to celebrate the national holiday Queen's Day. The black Suzuki injured at least 14 people before crashing into a monument in the city of Apeldoorn.
