Business Update: Dow under 7,000

The Dow dropped 299 points to 6,763. The S&P 500 gave up 34 points to 700. The Nasdaq fell 54 points to 1,322. Crude oil prices rolled back by $4.61 a barrel to $40.15. Speaker: Art Hogan, chief market strategist, Jefferies Conway Gittens reports from New York.
