Business Update: Circuit City shuts

In Wall Street action, the Dow rallied 68 points to 8,281. The S&P 500 rose 6 points to 850. The Nasdag gained 17 points to 1,529. Oil closed the week at $36.51 a barrel. Conway Gittens reports from New York.
