BUSINESS: Royal Mail postal strike: Unofficial walkout

Following the end of official industrial action by postal workers, several London sorting offices are carrying out so-called wildcat strikes. Royal Mail staff are refusing to go back to work until they feel that their managers are listening to their concerns about changes to their shift patterns. It is thought the unofficial action will add to the problems caused to business already by the official strike.
