BUSINESS: Bank of England blames student tuition fees for rise in interests rates

The Bank of England is blaming the soaring cost of student tuition fees for the recent rise in interest rates and has hinted another rise could be on the way. It's governor, Mervyn King, says the hike in fees, together with spiralling energy costs, is putting inflation well above target.
