Broadside: Race for Senate

(NECN) - The Democratic primary for the Senate seat formerly held by Ted Kennedy is being roiled by a debate over abortion and health care reform. Chet Curtis is joined by Sheila Capone Wulsin of the Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus. Yesterday, the Caucus endorsed Martha Coakley's view that pro-choice members of Congress should vote against a health reform bill if it limits access to abortion coverage. Also joining Curtis is former Mass. State Senator Lois Pines, a supporter of Michael Capuano in the Senate contest.
