Britney Spears has bucked a trend by showing up and being on time at a hearing into her ongoing child custody battle with ex-husband, Kevin Federline.Having failed to make a scheduled court appearance last week the singer lost all visitation rights indefinitely. On that occasion, her no-show came despite making it to the courthouse on time when she exited shortly before her scheduled appearance.Previously to that, Britney had appeared 90 minutes late for a deposition hearing - leaving lawyers just 14 minutes in which to question her. However on Monday, the 26-year-old spent more than two hours at the offices of Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.During the meeting, it is believed Britney was quizzed on her fitness to be a parent to sons Sean Preston and Jayden James as well as past drug use and her recent erratic behaviour.© Independent Television News Limited 2008.
