The details of Britney Spears' and Kevin Federline's custody battle could go public. An LA court commissioner has agreed to listen to the arguments from a US magazine and TV channel that they should be able to have access to sealed documents in the case.A date has been set for the media to make their plea but both Britney's and Kevin's lawyers are not too hot on the idea. But the courts are allowing the couple's lawyers enough time to build a case against publicising the private details of their lives. The couple's divorce was finalised in July but K-Fed has now returned to the courts for a legal wrangle to get additional rights to the couple's two kids Sean Preston Jayden James.Over the weekend Britney's cousin and personal aide Alli Sims was served by K-Fed's camp with legal papers to appear in court because she is "believed to have relevant information", according to Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan. And it is thought Britney's ex-hubby is hoping to sign up some of the star's closest friends, family and entourage to support his court case too.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
