Bottle Law Generates Green With 5-Cent 'Deposits'

If you already feel nickel-and-dimed, get ready - it's adding up again. The state stamped another 5 cents to every bottle of water you buy, and that's supposed to add up to a lot of 'green.' CBS 2's John Metaxas explains.
