Bosnia and Herzegovina: From Dayton to Brussels

Nine years after the end of the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina life has returned to normal. On 2 December 2004 Europe replaced NATO troops and took command of the "Eufor/Althea" peacekeeping operation. This operation illustrates the European Union's growing commitment in Bosnia. The objective of European integration is gradually replacing the Dayton agenda.
