Bob the Builder: Bob Selects - Lofty and the Otters

Bob, Lofty, Dizzy and Roley are building roads by the Riverbank in Sunflower Valley. Whilst Lofty clears up, he comes across some otters who want to cross the wet cement road to the river. So Lofty helps them across with a metal bucket, but accidentally steps into the wet cement himself.
