In heavy rain and surrounded by police and well-wishers, French-Colombian politician Ingrid Betancourt visited the religious shrine at Lourdes to offer a prayer of thanks for her liberty and to pray for the liberation of hostages still held by FARC guerillas in the Colombian jungle.
