Bank CEO on bonus hot seat

He was ordered by New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to provide a list of Merrill executives who received part of the controversial $3.6 billion bonus. The bank has been accused of blocking an investigation of compensation at banks that received government bailout funds.
