Ball inducted into Toy Hall of Fame

(NECN) - There were no steroids or gambling on sports involved. In fact, there's no explanation at all for this shocking hall of fame omission, but it has finally been remedied. The "ball" has finally been inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame. It is arguably the most popular toy of all time -- but it was beat into the hall by other classics like the jump rope and Mr. Potato Head. In all, there are 41 classic toys at the Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, N.Y. The ball is inducted this year alongside the Big Wheel and the Game Boy.
