Five years after losing their two year old son in a tragic boating accident in the Bahamas in 2002, the Gallagher family from Orpington in Kent believe they are finally close to seeing justice. Paul Gallagher was playing on the beach with his parents when a speedboat went out of control, careered onto the sand and killed him. Ever since his family have been campaigning with British and Bahamian authorities for someone to be answerable. Now their tireless work has finally paid off as they have learned the boat owners and driver are facing criminal charges.
