Australian "Open" Warfare

Following the match between Serbian Novak Djokovic and Bosnian American Amer Delic at the Australian Open, ethnic violence broke out on the tournament grounds. Witnesses said the trouble started about 4pm when a drink was thrown. Fans started hurling chairs and one woman received the brunt of the violence, getting knocked down when she was hit by a chair on the back of the head.
