George Magnus, senior economic advisor at UBS, talks to Paul J Davies about why the financial deleveraging we're seeing one year into the credit crisis is different to previous episodes. In the first part of this week's View from the Markets, Mr Magnus argues that the current situation is different from standard economic downturns, which tend to be self-correcting.
