Attack on the Dutch queen/ Aanslag op de Koningin queensday/koninginnedag 2009

Crazy muthafuccer drives into a croud of people at queensday in the netherlands... This happend 20 seconds after the bus with the dutch royal family passed that street.. Is this a failed attack on the queen or just a crazy drunk driver??
