Assembly Budget Package Looks Dead In Water

Assembly lawmakers in a rare Sunday session approved a plan to bridge the state's $24.3 billion budget deficit, but the plan appears headed to a certain veto by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Anna Duckworth reports.
