ARTS: Margate: Events based on story of Moses and the book of Exodus

Perhaps not everyone would consider Margate "the promised land", but the Essex seaside town is hosting a day of activities based on the story of Moses and the biblical book of Exodus. The dramatic climax is the ceremonial burning of an 80-foot-high human sculpture, made entirely of recycled waste.
