Many have noticed the empty seats in grounds where matches are being played during the cricket World Cup in the West Indies. On Thursday (April 5) Sir Vivian Richards, former West Indies captain and member of the 1975 world cup winning team, said he thought too many restrictions had been placed on Caribbean spectators who felt too pressurised to attend. Australia's wicket keeper Adam Gilchrist said he thought the price of the tickets was preventing many local people from attending. He said he thought it would be a good idea to sell the tickets at reduced price to fill the stands with spectators.
