An Exit Strategy is 'Quite Simple' to Implement
As the European Central Bank left rates on hold Thursday, eyes turn to whether ECB President Trichet will mention an exit strategy at a press conference. "Technically speaking, it's possible to implement an exit strategy. That's basically quite simple, you just raise interest rates or reverse the liquidity providing operations," Thorsten Polleit from Barclays Capital said.
