Alfa Bank's Smith Says Higher Oil Prices Harmful to OPEC: Video

Ronald Smith, chief strategist at Alfa Bank, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Barton and Sara Walker from Moscow about the outlook for production by Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, oil prices and demand in China and the U.S. OPEC will keep its output target unchanged at 29.67 million barrels a day when it meets in Vienna tomorrow, according to 29 of 32 analysts surveyed by Bloomberg News.
