Air France crash pilot's body pulled from the Atlantic

The body of the pilot of the Air France plane that crashed off Brazil killing 228 people has been identified. Dozens of bodies have been recovered from the Atlantic Ocean after the Airbus 330 crashed on June 1 en route to Paris from Rio de Janeiro. Air France said on its website: "Among the victims who have been recovered from the ocean, two members of the crew of flight AF 447 have been identified to date: the captain and a steward." Brazilian and French ships are still searching the remote area where the plane is believed to have gone down for bodies and wreckage. The flight recorders or "black boxes" have not been found. People from 32 nationalities died in the crash - including 61 French nationals and 58 Brazilians - and autopsies on more than 50 bodies are being carried out in Brazil. French authorities have given few details of the findings.
