For the past six months the soldiers of the Royal Anglian Regiment have been on the front line in Afghanistan risking their lives in a harsh and deadly war. Their tour of duty is coming to an end. But as they prepare to return to family and friends, their thoughts are with the comrades who will not be coming home. The regiment lost nine men fighting the Taliban, and in all a fifth of the troops deployed were injured in battle.
