Call me crazy, but I love impossible things, and Martha/Rose is just about as impossible as they come in the whoniverse. Plus, I love Martha and there's pretty much no one I won't vid her with haha! Storyline: It's not the Doctor that Martha falls in love with during her time with him, it's the girl he can't stop mentioning and building up as perfect. It's Rose. Martha only gets glimpses of her, though, and craves for more information about her. She even dreams about her. When she does find Rose (or Rose finds her, I'll leave that bit up to you), she immediately expects Rose to at least trust her, but that doesn't happen until after Martha brings her back to the Tardis. The Doctor and Rose are reunited, and Martha is heartbroken. But, she decides to stay along anyway and continue to travel with the Doctor and Rose. She and Rose develop a quick, close friendship (this piece of the video covers the most time in the storyline, but the least time in the actual video, I know, I'm awful at this). When Martha shares how deep her feelings for Rose are with her, Rose is shocked and doesn't reply. ("This is fact, not fiction, for the first time in years") Assuming the worst, Martha leaves the Doctor and Rose--who's still feeling awkward about the whole thing. There's a bit of a time jump here to a while later when Rose starts to realize how much she misses Martha. She dreams of calling her, but never musters up the courage to actually do it. Finally, the Doctor takes her to Martha's room where they have a nice reunion. I'll leave the last bit up to your interpretation, even though I think it's a bit obvious. That was longer than necessary, I apologize =/ Oh, and I know the hug manip sucks.
