[CHAPTER 27] *At Rikki's house* (Rikki was at her room lying on the bed, looking out of the window. She didn't sleep really good that night. She couldn't stop thinking about Nick. She wasn't sure whether to talk to him or not. When it was nearly midday, the doorbell rang. During the morning, the doorbell rang a few times, but she didn't answer, knowing that it was Emily. She didn't want to talk to anyone. But this time, it was different. It only rang one time. She wasn't sure to go and open it or not. The time was passing by, but it didn't ring again. Finally, she stood up and run downstairs, and found her mother talking with Nick. She walked towards them, looking at the floor) RM [Rikki's Mom]: I'm glad you've finally come around here! Rikki doesn't stop talking about you! Nick: (interested) really..? (sees Rikki) hi.. RM: (turns around) oh, hi sweetie! You're finally out of your room! Rikki: mom.. RM: are you ok? You've worried me so much. Yesterday you didn't eat. Rikki: mom.. RM: your eyes are red! What's happened?! Rikki: MOM! RM: (noticed that they both are really serious and looking at the floor) oh, well, I'm going to.. the supermarket, yeah. Bye.. (she leaves, to take her jacket) Nick: can we- Rikki: come in.. (they both go in, and sit on the couch) Nick: look.. I'm really sorry if I've done anything to hurt you. Please, forgive me. Whatever I've done, I didn't mean to hurt you and- Rikki: whatever?! I can't believe it.. nick, you kissed Miley!! RM: (her jacket falls down, and they both turn around and find her behind them.) oh, yeah.. I forgot.. you want some- (notices Rikki's death look) bye guys! (leaves quickly) Nick: (turns to Rikki, with a confused look) I did WHAT?! Rikki: what you've heard! Nick: what th- I didn't kiss her! I would never do that! Rikki: never? Then tell me how you did it! Nick: Rikki! I would never cheat on you like that! Rikki: stop denying it! Miley told me everything! (suddenly she covers her mouth, as if she shouldn't have said that) Nick: (shocked) Miley? Rikki: but- Nick: so you trust Miley before me? Rikki: no.. Nick: really? Rikki: I- Nick: fine. Don't worry. (stands up and walks towards the front door) Rikki: wait. Where are you going? Nick: why should I tell you? You won't trust me. Will you? Rikki: (looks at the floor with her eyes watering) I.. I.. Nick: by the way. If someday you decide to believe me. SHE was the one who kissed me. And that's why I ran away. (opens the door to go out) Rikki: WAIT! *With Kevin & Emily* (They are walking around, holding hands, without knowing what to do) Kevin: so, where could we go? Emily: I don't know.. what about going at the beach? Kevin: let's go then! Emily: (stops him, puts her arms around his neck, and kisses his cheek) Kevin: (puts a sad puppy face) the cheek..? Emily: (smiles wide) you'll have to catch me first. (As she said that, she started running towards the beach, while Kevin started chasing her. They both run until they reached the beach. They both took off their shoes and started running next to the water, while Kevin was running next to her. They both were smiling and laughing. Sometimes, Emily stopped to splash Kevin with some water, and he splashed back, and then ran again, until finally, Kevin reached Emily. He held her by the waist and lifted her up and around. Then he put her down, holding her by the waist. She put her hand around his neck, and gave him a passionate kiss) Kevin: (pulls apart) yeah. That was much better. Emily: (giggles) you want to walk? Kevin: yeah. Why not. Emily: (They hold hands and start walking next to the water) that was fun! Kevin: you run pretty fast. Emily: you too! mr. speedy (smiles wide) Kevin: I like it. (After a while of walking, they reached a beach-side bar. They walked toward it, and bought each one an ice-cream. Then, they decided to sit on the chairs of that bar. They gave each other a bit of each other's ice-cream to taste it, and after a while, they saw two people sitting on one of the tables talking. They both wore sunglasses. Their faces were familiar. They looked more carefully at them, until Emily's mouth dropped open, and nearly her ice-cream.) Emily: oh.. my.. gosh.. Kevin: what? Emily: Miley and.. S.. S.. Selena! Kevin: (shouting) SELENA?! (All the people in there turned around staring at him. Including Miley. They quickly stood up and left as quickly as possible before Miley could recognize them. But it was too late. Kevin and Emily ran and hid behind some bushes, and saw how Miley and Selena stood up too and left the bar.) Emily: I can't believe it.. it can't be.. Kevin: what's SHE doing with Miley?! Emily: I don't know.. but whatever is she doing, we have to tell the guys. Kevin: yeah, we better head home. Emily: let's go… ------------ Srry 4 posting to late!.. ^^' Btw, a quick question: (please, ANSWER!) Should I finish this story, and focus more w/ the badbromance?
