Prince Caspian debuts in cinemas

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian has finally arrived in cinemas.The film is the follow-up to the 2005 epic The Lion, The Witch and The Wardbrobe and has been eagerly awaited by fans.Based on the best-selling series of books by CS Lewis, its previous instalment took a massive $750 million (£380 million) worldwide and was the biggest of the year.Ben Barnes plays Prince Caspian and throughout the fantasy he encounters magical creatures, baddies and takes part in plenty of sword fights.Liam Neeson, Anna Popplewell, William Moseley, Skandar Keynes, and Georgie Henley also star in the film.Earlier in the month, thousands of fans took part in what was billed as the 'UK's largest premiere' in London's O2 Arena.Celebrities such as David Walliams and the film's director Andrew Adamson were in attendance.
