Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe has reportedly checked into rehab for "alcohol issues".The 28-year-old, who's currently dating Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle, is the latest celebrity to seek professional treatment.His spokesman said in a statement: "On Monday March 19, Jesse Metcalfe entered a rehab facility to deal with alcohol issues."He realised he had a problem and was anxious to deal with it immediately."He added that Metcalfe hoped he would get the privacy he needed to "deal properly with his treatment".News of Metcalfe's rehab stint came after a report that he had indulged in four days of partying in Hollywood.Coyle, 21, and the actor recently graced the cover of OK! magazine, where they talked about their relationship.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
