Time to Refocus - a positive future for the International Whaling Commission

As the International Whaling Commission prepare for their 60th annual meeting, the World Society for the Protection of Animals says it's 'time to refocus' the Commission's purpose and turn towards protecting and understanding whales instead of managing how many are killed.
