Twins with telepathic powers NICOLE and NELSON move back to their hometown to live with their grandfather. The twins make friends with GEORGE, a child genius, with no friends but a lot of interesting inventions. On the first day of school, everyone is talking about the recent vandalism at school. TONY PREMO and his cool rapper friends appear to be the suspects. However, Nelson becomes friends with Tony and discovers he's actually innocent. Making a pact, Nicole and Nelson agree to go "undercover" to find the real culprits and clear Tony's name. Starting the investigation, Tony and the twins enlist George and his high tech gadgets to help them solve the mystery. With the clock ticking, the kids race to break the case open before the big school board meeting where they must reveal the true person responsible for the vandalism and declare Tony innocent. Otherwise Tony will be convicted of someone else's crime. Will the UNDERCOVER KIDS solve the crime before time runs out?
