Lugar, Reed Discuss Hillary Clinton Appointment

Current Defense Secretary Robert Gates is expected to continue on for at least a year at his post. Richard Lugar and Jack Reed joined ABC's George Stephanopoulos to discuss this and the nomination of Hillary Clinton to Secretary of State.
