Court Accusations Detail Brutal Tracy Teen Abuse

Kelly Layne Lau, and her husband Michael Schumacher were arraigned Thursday afternoon in Stockton. They were charged with 13 counts related to alleged abuse including kidnapping, torture, false imprisonment. Sherry Hu reports.
