Arthur Levitt Says Grassley on a 'Witch Hunt' Against SEC

Former Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Arthur Levitt talks with Bloomberg's Brian Sullivan in New York about Senator Charles Grassley's comments that the Securities and Exchange Commission bowed to political pressure in its handling of accusations of malfeasance by Morgan Stanley Chief Executive Officer John Mack, Congress' attempts to cap executives' deferred compensation, and the sentencing of former Cendant Corp.
