911 Tapes Suggest Confusion In SJPD Shooting Death

Recordings and transcripts of 911 and San Jose police dispatch tapes in the shooting death of a mentally ill man who had attacked his brother with a knife indicated apparent confusion among officers who first responded. Len Ramirez reports.
