21 Jump Street, "The Buddy System"

Gavin Hooks, a student in a program that pairs the underprivileged and mentally disabled kids, is accidentally killed during a confrontation with school security guard Robert Cousins. Christopher Michaels, Gavin's mentally impaired "buddy", witnesses the murder but escapes Cousins, leaving behind a cassette tape of Beethoven as the only clue to his identity. Jump Street's newest cop, Tony McCann, goes undercover as Christopher's new buddy, but his secretive manner offends both Hoffs and Penhall.
