Richard Schalin, the leader of a neo-Nazi group, has been killed and the organization is inherited by his son, Lance. To find Schalin's killer, Penhall infiltrates the Nazi group as an aspiring member, while Ioki and Hoffs join a community organization whose leader, Joe Lopez, is a suspect in the murder. When Lopez's group pickets the Schalin family business, Judy provokes a fight with the Nazis. Lance's grandfather, Albert, wants to rejoin the movement but, not wanting his organization to continue its violent past, Lance tries to minimize his involvment.
