Video search engine blinkx plc made a deal with the Internet Video Archive LLC to put the IVA’s collection of movie previews and other videos in its system.

The Internet Video Archive is based in Haddon Heights, N.J. It runs several web sites: singingfool.com and videodetective.com and has a large collection of movie and television trailers online, as well as previews of games and music videos.

Suranga Chandratillake, who started blinkx, is its CEO.

blinkx is based in San Francisco and London and is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
